Thanks Barb, I've been doing these sort of strategies for a while now.I think that a good response really depends on your market as well. There are some industries that don't have such high conversions and others that will especially if they are online more often.I think you might want to include this fact with everyone.

After watching this, it makes me slap my head and wonder "Why didn't I think of that!" It just makes sense!!!

Hi Barb! You have certainly got the buzz going again. You’re right when you say we need to have other sources of revenue. I like that you went through the pain of learning how to do this and now you’re willing to share it with the rest of us.

We are being bombarded with resumes and most are people we do not place. It would be great to be able to offer them something to help them and make money in the process.
