As founder of Eskridge & Associates, a veteran owned small business focusing on the placement of physicians on a nationwide basis both on a permanent and contract basis, Bob is well-versed in this specialty arena. Having begun his recruiting and staffing career at RHI Management Resources in 1999, Bob quickly received notoriety for personally bringing in more than $1 million dollars in gross revenues in his first year at the management resources firm.

Bob has also launched Eskridge Worldwide Travel, an online travel agency to address the needs of his traveling physicians, and CityScopeTalk.com, an Internet radio talk show where he interviews the Presidents of Chambers of Commerce. Bob holds an MBA from the University of Montana and BS from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale.
