Fran has a 25+-year career in sales and recruiting, beginning in 1983 placing temporary and permanent office support personnel. She was quickly promoted to Manager within the first 18 months, where she grew the staffing division of a leading Boston agency by more than 78% in two years. Fran then went n t join a National Temporary Staffing firm (TAD Temporaries) as Regional Manager where she increased sales for her four branch regions by 60% and implemented their first temp-to-hire conversion fees.
