Thank you for the follow up information on my order. This is a case of understating and over delivering; the book “Clients You Select Can Make or Break You” arrived in yesterday's mail. I was so totally consumed by the first few pages that I read the entire book yesterday. Today I am making changes on my desk specialty because it does not follow the guidelines that Barb presented.

I got the hardcopy of the book “Recruiter With The Candidate Wins” about a week ago and have been meaning to send a thank you note since. The book is fabulous and certainly one of the best I have ever read. Please thank Barb for me again--I have been reading and using it daily.
